A collection of work created during my time at CoVince since 2024: from redesigning the dashboard and core product screens, to flyer design for Syner Suite, to the visual design of a fully immersive room with wall-to-wall screens built for live events. The work also spans motion graphics and UX/UI design, blending digital and physical design in a way that called for a different approach each time

Dashboard Redesign
A full redesign of the CoVince home dashboard, reorganised into three focused columns: Journeys, Timeline and Calendar/Events. A refreshed dark UI surfaces the community feed, to-dos and scheduled work at a glance. The redesign was adopted by the team and is now in active use, improving navigation and day-to-day engagement.
Journey Builder & Admin
The back-office side of the platform: the Journey builder where admins configure banners, media, toggles, data aspects and stats, together with the admin user management view and the supporting UI components and pop-ups. Shipped and in daily use by the admin team to build and manage platform content.
SmartNote Redesign
A redesign of SmartNote, the in-platform note tool: a cleaner note panel with a quick-action toolbar (article, audio, image, assign) paired with a threaded Comments & History panel supporting replies, attachments and voice memos. Shipped and in active use, streamlining how the team captures and shares notes inside the platform.
SwipeSlides
SwipeSlides, an AI storyboard tool: each slide pairs a voice-over script with image and video generation prompts, letting users build a narrated visual story and push the generated media straight into a Smart Note. The redesign made the flow simpler and more intuitive, easier for users to pick up and build with.
