I run communication for Campi-One, an agency whose roster is mostly teenagers moving between academies. That changes what the content has to do: a 17-year-old signing his first contract deserves the same treatment as a player joining Inter, and most of these careers have no highlight reel yet. So the work leans on carousels and written formats rather than single graphics, with a torn-paper collage style that holds together whatever two club crests end up in the same frame.
Transfers & First Contracts
Every move gets a carousel, whether it's a step between two academies or a signing at Inter. The slide order is always the same: the player, the passage from one club to the next, what he's good at, a thank-you to the club he's leaving. Keeping the structure fixed is what lets the format survive any pair of crests, including the ones nobody outside the region recognises. First professional contracts get a single frame instead, since there's no second club to show: Cavazza signing with Hellas Verona at eighteen, through to 2028.
Dietro i Guantoni
A column about goalkeepers. One question per slide, the answer left in the player's own words, pull-quotes for the lines worth stealing. I wrote the questions and laid out each edition on the same template, recoloured to the club's kit. Goalkeepers rarely get asked anything, so they tend to talk, and the format gives the answers room.
Player Stories
The pieces with no news peg, planned weeks ahead: a career told across five slides instead of announced in one. Samuele Longo came through Inter and has played in four countries since, so the numbers carry the story. Tommaso Sacchetto is nineteen and has been with the club two and a half years, so the story is the work itself.
Reactive & Recurring Content
The quick stuff between the big pieces. Debut posts go out the same night; the weekly recap gathers everyone's minutes from the round, which is how the quieter players get their turn. Zero Scuse is the agency talking in its own voice rather than about a player, a cover that opens onto a longer read. Birthdays are scheduled months ahead in 9:16.
Behind the Project
My own announcement post, made with the same collage treatment the players get. The agency introduces its staff the way it introduces signings, which is the point: the people working behind a career are part of the story too.
